The Bathysphere is a theme camp at the Burning Man Festival in the Nevada desert.

Sourceforge now hosts the suite of custom-made software that was designed to run inside the Bathysphere.

At the 2000 festival, the Samplomatic made its debut. It was a success, as the software performed without a hitch -- the only real difficulty was placing the microphones for the greatest acoustic isolation in the middle of the festival.
